These Operating Procedures govern access to and use of the Zeneva platform, including all hardware integrations, AI analytical engines, and real-time syncing services. By operating Zeneva in your retail environment, you agree to follow the architectural guidelines outlined in this manual.
1. Description of Services
Zeneva is an all-in-one retail operating system that enables merchants to manage complex stock environments, process secure payments, and gain deep intelligence into their operations.

2. Eligibility
To operate Zeneva within your business, you must meet the following hardware and operational requirements:
- Maintain a compatible iOS or Android terminal
- Provide authentic business identity for tax compliance
- Operate within the regulatory guidelines of your operating region
3. Account Registration
Registration requires a verified email and business identity. Once registered, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your authentication tokens and staff access pins.
4. Subscription Plans and Fees
